The problems have been caused by a loop in our Layer 2 network, all customers connected to Layer 3 stayed online. This week we will issue an incident report to our customers

–update 16:40–
The connectivity is mostly recovered. We are checking the servers if they perform properly.

–update 15:50–
At the moment the connectivity is recovering. We are checking which parts of the network are still experiencing issues.

–update 15:35–
Our network engineers are on location to resolve the issue at the source. We will keep you informed.

We've replaced the vBulletin suite with our custom (new) website. The vBulletin suite is no longer available with exception for the forums.

- A better optimized ticket system

- Changing language and theme settings. Currently only the english language is available.
